Keystone Financial Consulting was founded by Terry Justice.
Terry is an Accomplished Executive with over 28 years experience in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Contracting, Material Management, Accounts Payable and Supplier Diversity.
Terry served as the Chief Procurement Officer in Financial Affairs for the University of Alabama at Birmingham, leading operations in four departments consisting of 70 employees and over $2 billion in Accounts Payable and Purchasing activity. Responsible for designing, implementing and operating integrated Supply Chain strategies while spearheading operational improvements to drive productivity and reduce costs. Terry is a results-oriented, decisive leader with proven success in both the Healthcare and Academic community.
Terry is a participating member of professional organizations including NAEP, IAPP, ASHMM, Novation, UHC, LHC, MBOC and SRMSDC.
But perhaps even more important, Terry is a "real" guy who has also worked in the Alabama coal mines, as an Emergency Medical Technician, a Journeyman Butcher and automotive mechanic. There were times in his younger years when he had to hold down more than one job to take care of his family. He knows business, but he also knows life.
Terry is a Dave Ramsey Certified Financial Counselor with a diverse background which we believe will prove beneficial to our clients.
